When a Rock or any small debris hits your windshield and makes a visible chip, it’s technically broken at that point. The purpose of the repair is to stop it from spreading or getting any bigger, in some cases the technician can make it less visible and sometimes not completely take it away. Our warranty for this is “ if the repair is unsuccessful the amount spent will be credited towards the replacement cost”
